Production AI, optimization and full-stack systems I've designed, built or led. Most of them started as a process a team hated: a planner losing eight days every month, analysts reading decks by hand, a support line answering the same question again. Each band below covers the problem, what I built, the role I played and the stack behind it, with a full case study where the details are mine to share.
